B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the niche venture capital provider to early stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that on 22 December 2022, 552,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Shares”) were sold by the Marsh Christian Trust (the “Trust”), a charitable trust founded by the Company’s Executive Chairman of which Mr. Marsh is a Trustee, at a price of 297 pence per Share.
The Trust is now interested in 925,660 Shares and Mr Brian Marsh now has interests in an aggregate of 15,110,079 Shares (including the 925,660 Shares now held by the Trust) representing c. 40.33% of the Company’s total voting rights.
