Caledonia Investments plc (“Caledonia”) announces that on 31 July 2024 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 15,772 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 3608.34 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia’s issued share capital includes 54,154,848 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
