It has been agreed with the Board that these changes will take effect from 31 May 2018; the process for a replacement is underway and an update on succession will be provided in due course.
Concurrently Marston's also today announces that Roger Devlin will join the Board of Persimmon Plc as Chairman on 1 June 2018. This notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R.
