The Board is pleased to announce that trading in the period was in line with management expectations, showing significant double-digit growth in both revenue and adjusted EBITDA. This is a result of good underlying organic growth and a maiden contribution from MatsSoft, the cloud-based low code software company acquired by Netcall in August 2017.
In particular, revenue from Netcall's cloud-based offerings show significant growth, in line with the Board's strategy of capitalising on the rapidly growing SaaS market.
Netcall continues to experience good demand for its Liberty platform and is already seeing the benefit of the MatsSoft acquisition with the first cross sales into Netcall's customer base, as well as new customer acquisitions.
