Comment re Crestchic Statement

Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) is delighted that our largest investment has been subject to a takeover offer, which the Manager supports. The strategic engagement which the Investment Team have had with Crestchic plc, formerly Northbridge Industrial Services, over the last three years exemplifies the differentiated and value-added strategy we pursue. Should shareholders vote to approve the recommended cash offer for the Crestchic business, the IRR to RKW shareholders would be approximately 31.5% and the money multiple 6.4x. We see a structural opportunity for our investment approach to continue to deliver excellent returns for shareholders which is enhanced further, in the Manager’s view, by the current market environment.
